During Q1 2025 alone, Polish investors purchased almost 1,000 flats and houses in Spain, nearly 25 per cent more than during the same period last year. In just over four years, the total number of property purchases in Spain by our compatriots has thus reached almost 12,500.
Agnieszka Marciniak-Kostrzewa talked about how Poles’ perception of Spain has changed over the years in an interview with Magdalena Gryn of Forbes. The founder of Agnes Inversiones – the largest, oldest and most recognisable Polish real estate agency on the Costa del Sol – also spoke about:
