More and more visitors to the south of Spain are looking for a way to get to know Andalusia not only from the beaches and monuments, but also from the perspective of a unique experience. One of the most interesting offers is that of Porsche 911 Tours, which combines tourism with motoring and gives you the opportunity to drive several generations of the legendary Porsche 911.
What will you read about in this note?
This is an initiative, created by passionate motorists who have decided to combine the perfection of engineering with the beauty of Andalusian roads. Each route has been planned to show the diversity of the region, from the coastal stretches to the winding mountain serpentines for which the province of Malaga is famous.
Participants have the opportunity to drive several Porsche 911 models – from the classic, air-cooled 964 to modern versions of the 991 and 992. During coffee or lunch breaks, they swap cars to experience the differences between the generations – an opportunity to feel the contrast between the raw dynamics of the older models and the precision of the modern designs in one day.
For those who want to get a feel for the sporty nature of Porsche without the all-day trip, there is a half-day drive from Marbella to Ronda. The route takes you through the Sierra de las Nieves mountains, offering numerous twists and turns and viewpoints of limestone peaks and pine forests.
Along the way, a lunch break is planned at a local restaurant with panoramic views of the El Tajo Gorge. The cost of participation is €950 per car, and the possibility of taking a passenger involves an additional charge (€100).

This one-day programme is for those who want to experience the full driving and landscape. After a visit to Ronda, participants continue towards Gaucín, a typical Andalusian village with whitewashed houses and views of the Sierra Crestellina valleys.
Lunch at a restaurant overlooking the gorge, a short tour of the historic Puente Nuevo bridge and an evening return to Marbella – a day that combines motoring passion with exploring Andalusia at its best. The price is €1,800 per car and the option to take a passenger means a surcharge (€150).

For lovers of longer trips, there is an exclusive two-day programme – combining the pleasure of driving with an overnight stay in luxury and learning about the region’s history. The route takes you from Marbella to Ronda, past the Roman ruins of Acinipo and picturesque vineyards to Seville – the capital of Andalusia. Along the way, participants visit medieval castles, mountain villages and charming towns such as Zahara de la Sierra and Osuna, nicknamed the 'Spanish Petra’.
In the evening, the group spends the night at a 4/5* hotel in the centre of Seville, before enjoying dinner together in one of the local restaurants, exploring the flavours of Andalusian cuisine. The following day, it visits the ruins of Roman Italica – the birthplace of the emperors Trajan and Hadrian.
The whole thing ends with a return to Puerto Banús via mountain passes – with a final stop for a cocktail at sunset. The price is €2,750 per car, and the possibility of taking a passenger means a surcharge (€300).
Before starting the tour, each participant undergoes a short training session on the safety and handling of the vehicles and learns about the specifics of the individual Porsche 911 models. Groups consist of several to a dozen people and move in convoy – under the supervision of experienced instructors.

The tour includes: cars, fuel, meals, drinks, accommodation, guide care and radio communication (walkie-talkies) between participants. Requirements for participants include: a valid driving licence, a minimum of 10 years driving experience and at least 30 years of age.
The tours start at 9am in Marbella or Puerto Banús. Depending on the variant, their total duration ranges from 6 to 48 hours and all routes are adapted to the weather conditions.
Reservations can be made online or by telephone. A deposit of 50% is required. For more information: www.porsche911tours.com or WhatsApp: 48 609 546 417.
