Investing in property in Spain: debunking the myths [INTERVIEW]

Poles are breaking new records on the Spanish property market, buying more than 3,000 properties in the first three quarters of 2025 alone, and more than 15,000 from 2020 onwards. The interest is not waning, as illustrated by the increasing share of our compatriots among foreign buyers of houses and flats on the Iberian Peninsula.

The prospects for the property market in Spain, as well as the myths associated with it, were discussed by Agnieszka Marciniak-Kostrzewa in an interview with Marcin Kuchciak of the Subiektywnie o Finansach website. In the interview, you will read, among other things, about:
