Poland’s record-breaking property market in Spain has almost passed into the background and the number of house and flat purchases by our compatriots is steadily increasing. Increasingly, these are investments with a view to living permanently on the Iberian Peninsula. One of the main motivations is security and the desire to geographically diversify one’s wealth, but not only that.
Polish boom in Spain
The Costa del Sol, or Coast of the Sun, is as unique as it is exclusive. Here you can choose from flats or penthouses in modern developments, while the rich offer also includes classic Spanish villas.
