Spain is increasingly becoming not only a popular holiday destination for Poles, but also a home – a second home, or even their first. The Polish boom on the Iberian Peninsula, including the Costa del Sol, began after the pandemic and intensified following the outbreak of the war in Ukraine. Today, our compatriots are steadily strengthening their position in the Spanish property market.
Agnieszka Marciniak-Kostrzewa first became involved with Spain over 30 years ago, and since 2006 she has been managing Agnes Inversiones – the largest, oldest and best-known Polish estate agency on the Costa del Sol.
