From the perspective of the more than 18 years of activity of Agnes Inversiones – a Polish real estate office on the Costa del Sol, which in the last two years alone has brokered the sale of almost 200 properties with a total value of around €200 million – the Spanish market has changed dramatically.
Agnieszka Marciniak-Kostrzewa, in a conversation with Ewa Wysocka of Interia, presented how Poles perceived the purchase of houses or flats on the Iberian Peninsula nearly two decades ago, and how it looks now, when successive years or even quarters bring records for our compatriots. She also spoke about:
- Why Spain is now a safe haven for Poles,
- What is the profile of buyers of houses and flats on the Costa del Sol,
- why Marbella and Andalusia are increasingly chosen by our compatriots as a place to live.
