Janina Ferlin

She comes from Toruń. She graduated in Tourism and Recreation and moved to Spain in 2004, where she gained professional qualifications in her learned profession. For 7 years, she worked in the marketing department of the prestigious Marriott hotel chain. Since 2022, she has been part of the Agnes Inversiones team as a sales agent. When working with clients, mutual trust and building a long-term relationship are fundamental to her. She derives great satisfaction from showing her compatriots the charms of Andalusia. During her searches, she analyses the client's reactions to the properties they visit and is often able to surprise them by showing them unique projects or locations that they were not initially aware of or had not considered. Often such a seemingly risky, but in reality deeply considered offer turns out to be a hit. The customer's joy after a successful transaction is her driving force.

Privately, she is a philanthropist. Responsible for organizing the local edition of WOŚP (The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity, the biggest and most important charity event in Poland nominated to Nobel Peace Prize) under the auspices and sponsoring of Agnes Inversiones. Janina is also Involved in Building the Future project that has built a school in Uganda and continuously supports its young students.
