Agnieszka Marciniak-Kostrzewa

Entrepreneur, expert and long-time advisor in the area of selection, purchase and management of luxury properties on the Costa del Sol in Spain.

Born in Poznan, she belongs to the fourth generation of entrepreneurial women of her family. She holds a degree in Tourism from the AWF in Poznan.

She has lived in Marbella since 1995. She started her career in Spain by selling shares in tourism properties (time sharing) and also ran her own company in the tourism industry.

In 2002 she became permanently involved in the real estate industry in Spain, and since 2006 she has successfully run her own company under the brand Agnes Inversiones S.L., which is the largest, oldest and most recognisable Polish real estate agency on the Costa del Sol. Initially as a ‘one woman show’, today the team consists of 10 wonderful women and collaborates with other real estate agencies in Europe.

The company is a member of the Leading Property Agents of Spain (LPA), while Agnieszka Marciniak-Kostrzewa is a member of the ASAPI Malaga association.

Agnes Inversiones operates in the market according to the highest ethical standards enshrined in the code of both organisations. She regularly appears in the Polish, Spanish and international media as an expert, commenting on current trends and events in the Spanish property market.

For many years, she has been the main sponsor and coordinator of Costa del Sol edition of WOŚP (the biggest polish charity event, nominated for Nobel Peace Prize), as well as an active supporter of the quarterly magazine published in Polish on the Costa del Sol - ‘Hola Polacos’.

She is a member of the Council of the AS POWER Foundation, which deals, among other things, with expanding knowledge of Asperger's syndrome.
