Southern Europe has become an alternative for older people from the north of the continent – not because of a passing fad, but as a result of a conscious search for greater balance, health and comfort.

One of the Iberian Peninsula’s biggest draws is its climate. The Costa del Sol and Spain’s other coastlines boast over 300 days of sunshine a year.
