For years, Agnes Inversiones has been proving that the activities of a real estate agency can and should go hand in hand with social responsibility. The company, whose founder is Agnieszka Marciniak-Kostrzewa, supports a number of charitable initiatives – both local and international – led by the WOŚP.
Building the future in Uganda
One of the projects that Agnes Inversiones is involved in is working with the Building the Future foundation, whose mission is to create and develop educational facilities in Uganda. In March 2024, volunteers from the foundation, together with the organisation’s president José Carlos León, visited a primary school in Kasese to oversee the progress of the construction work.
Thanks to the support of donors, the facility now has four spacious classrooms, an outdoor canteen and a fence – protecting the educational and sports area. During last year’s visit, gifts were given to the pupils – shoes, sportswear and musical instruments – which caused great joy among the children. Volunteers also decorated the art room, and the foundation equipped one of the auditoriums with a TV and multimedia equipment.
The Foundation does not intend to stop there – it has also started supporting the Little Angels Ruhija school and orphanage, where the priority is to provide medicines, school supplies, textbooks and daily meals. There are also plans to build a chicken coop, which will allow the facility to be partially self-sufficient in food supply.
Taking advantage of the summer weather, the Building the Future foundation organised a volleyball tournament for action partners in July 2025. In turn, a month earlier, a charity padel tournament was held – for the sixth time. Throughout the weekend, the Villa Padierna Racquet Club was filled with more than sport – music, sunshine, energy, excitement and, above all, a community united with one goal – to play with heart to build the future.

GOCC on the Costa del Sol, or record after record
For years, Agnes Inversiones has been the organiser and main sponsor of the Grand Finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity on the Costa del Sol. This year’s 33rd edition was once again a success, with a record-breaking amount of PLN 240,177.71, or more than €55,000, being collected.
This year’s GOCC Finale, held in Fuengirola, attracted more than a thousand participants. Exceptional items and experiences were auctioned – from a cruise with Joanna Koroniewska and Maciej Dowbor, through works by Rafał Olbiński, to a ball autographed by tennis player Hubert Hurkacz. The highest sum was obtained for climbing Mount La Concha with Agnieszka Marciniak-Kostrzewa – € 2,600, a record in the history of the staff.
WOŚP on the Costa del Sol is not only about auctions – it is also about concerts, dance shows, tastings of Polish food and the huge involvement of the inhabitants. In this way, the Polish community in Spain not only meets and integrates, but also works towards a common goal, supporting the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity.
Support of the AS PERGER Foundation
Agnieszka Marciniak-Kostrzewa actively works for people with Asperger syndrome, supporting the AS PERGER Foundation as its ambassador. The Foundation’s activities focus on four areas: support – by acting as an advocate for people with Asperger’s syndrome in education and work, education – by spreading knowledge, cooperation – which aims to make it easier for people with Asperger’s to take up employment, and the creation of spaces providing safe places for development and integration.
From supporting education in Africa, to organising charitable events on the Costa del Sol, to advocating for people on the autism spectrum, we strive to prove that a real estate office and big hearts can go hand in hand. We also encourage clients and partners to get involved in relief initiatives. Together we can definitely do more!
