Q3 2023. Poles once again proved their strength in the Spanish property market, buying 800 houses and flats on the Iberian Peninsula. A result that keeps our compatriots among the top ten most active nationalities investing in Spanish real estate.
In the first three quarters of 2023 Poles purchased a total of 2,460 properties, an increase of 157 transactions compared to the same period last year. The Registradores de España data highlights the established position of our compatriots in the Spanish property market.
