Properties in the sun tempt Poles [MARKET ANALYSIS]

The figures for the first half of 2025 confirmed the growing involvement of our compatriots in the Spanish property market. Suffice it to mention that they have already purchased 2,083 properties during this period, of which 1,085 from April to June this year. Compared to the same period in 2024, the number of transactions was 8% higher, which is part of an upward trend.
